2. Research Use Only – Critical Notice

ALL PRODUCTS SOLD BY NOVACOMPOUND ARE INTENDED STRICTLY FOR IN-VITRO RESEARCH AND LABORATORY USE ONLY.

By purchasing from NovaCompound, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

Products are supplied strictly as reference materials for in-vitro research and laboratory use only.
Products are not supplied as food, cosmetics, household chemicals, or for any other purpose outside of research.
NovaCompound makes no health, medical, or therapeutic claims about any product.
You are purchasing products solely for legitimate scientific research, laboratory testing, or educational purposes.
You will handle, store, and dispose of all products in accordance with applicable safety guidelines and regulations.

3. Regulatory Disclaimer (TGA)

These products have NOT been evaluated, assessed, or approved by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA).

4. Eligibility & Purchaser Requirements

To purchase products from NovaCompound, you must:

Have the legal authority and capacity to enter into binding contracts.
Provide accurate and complete information during the ordering process.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion if we have reason to believe these requirements are not met.

5. Orders & Payment

Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Pricing: All prices are displayed in AUD and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment: All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor at checkout. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped.

Order Confirmation: An order confirmation email will be sent upon successful placement of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Methods: We ship all orders via tracked courier services with appropriate cold-chain packaging where required to maintain product integrity.

Delivery Times: Standard delivery is typically 2-3 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Address: It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information.

Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Discreet Packaging: All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no external indication of contents.

7. No Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Due to the specialised nature of our research-grade products, strict quality control requirements, and the inability to verify product integrity once items leave our facility, NovaCompound maintains a strict no refund, no return, and no exchange policy.

By placing an order with NovaCompound, you acknowledge and accept that:

All sales are final and non-refundable.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, ordering errors, or dissatisfaction with the product.
Research chemicals cannot be restocked or resold once dispatched due to chain-of-custody and contamination concerns.
You are responsible for ensuring you order the correct products and quantities before completing your purchase.

Lost or Undelivered Packages:

All shipments are fully insured. In the event that a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier and tracking shows non-delivery, we will reship the order at no additional cost. This is the sole remedy available and is offered at our discretion. Claims must be made within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

Customer Responsibility:

It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information and ensure someone is available to receive the package. We are not responsible for packages that are returned to sender, stolen after delivery, or undeliverable due to incorrect address information.

8. Product Information & Quality

Purity & Testing: All products are manufactured to research-grade standards and undergo third-party testing. Certificates of Analysis (COA) are available for all products and include HPLC and Mass Spectrometry verification.

Storage: Proper storage conditions are essential for maintaining product integrity. Unless otherwise specified, products should be stored at -20°C for long-term storage or 2-8°C for short-term storage. Reconstituted products should be used promptly or stored according to provided guidelines.

Product Descriptions: While we make every effort to ensure product descriptions and specifications are accurate, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

NovaCompound shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use our products or services.
